If all Washington is going to do is waste it, it hardly seems worth while to keep giving money to them. Maybe Beijing should ask, what return investing in Loony Religious Cults is going to generate for the generous Chinese Public that's lending it to them?

This group also allows people to circumvent Iranian censors. I guess the US government has a broader idea in mind, although certainly this is an indirect poke in the eye to the PRC.
