Try going to less popular venues with shorter lines. You will be waiting all days for the more popular ones. Maximize your efficiency!

I think I will just go in the weekdays, the China and HK pavillions are the one I must go regardless of the lines, then I will just see fit what is most convenient and easiest :o

Im currently executing my visits to the expo right now! I plan to spend 4 days there
The first day was a wonderful experience. Got to go to russia, france, romania, and switzerland pavillions
Th first three were acceptable in terms of waiting times, none going past an hour. But Switzerland was a nightmare! A line that lasted exatly 3 hours and 30 min. Though the wait I think was worth it. The pavillion has its own skyhook ride bringing you above the expo and giving a fantastic view.
Hope to get a reservation ticket next time for the china pavillion

Shanghai eh! I take it you are expo bound?

Business, but combine it with a one day tour in the Expo today :10500: Awesome day. 5:30 wake up, 6:00 waiting in line, 7:00 pass first gate, 9:00 pass main gate (#5), and got our China Pavilion reservation card!!!!! AWESOME! It was definitely worth all the sweating and yawning! I would recommend anyone to visit the Expo, or after the Expo at least visit the China pavilion! My personal favorite is the 3d "Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival” painting. The greatest of this Expo experience was when waiting in the morning lines and China pavilion lines talking to some 80+ younglings and some other fellow compatriots. Answering a simple question of "why wake up so early standing in this line?" always with answering "to see our China pavilion, you too!". Very prideful. And did you know that they will continue to announce which pavilions are heaviest visited with waiting lines over 2, 3, 4 hours? Japan, Korea, Germany, Saudi Arabia etc, but not one time mentioned USA is too busy for visiting wahahahah. Oh and during waiting found out about the Lo-Fi NCCF version for my Blackberry, pretty neat. And just came back in hotel (22:30?). So yeah, it was an Awesome day. And did I mention it was like a shiny 40 degrees C? Just awesome to loose off like Kilos of weight with the sweating...... I think I will go again next month (combining again).

Ps. The only thing I did not like are the impolite behaviors, sleeping on the benches, throwing trash on the ground etc etc etc, but that is the human software we need to develop over time.....

Crystal CG Digital Tapestry

This is an extremely surprising video about modern art in China. The video starts very slowly. Make sure to watch it all the way to the end. It is an eye-opener.
